At Graceful Adult Day Health Program, we understand that true well-being goes beyond physical health. That’s why our Behavioral Health services are here to support the emotional, mental, and psychological needs of our participants—creating a safe space for healing, understanding, and growth.
Our trained professionals work closely with participants and families to identify emotional challenges, offer guidance, and promote healthier coping skills in a supportive and respectful environment.
Emotional & Mental Health Assessments: Regular screenings to help identify signs of depression, anxiety, cognitive decline, and other mental health concerns.
One-on-One Counseling Support: Individual sessions with licensed mental health professionals tailored to each participant’s emotional needs and goals.
Group Therapy & Peer Support: Guided group discussions and activities that encourage social connection, emotional expression, and mutual understanding.
Crisis Intervention & Ongoing Monitoring: Immediate support for behavioral challenges, along with consistent observation to ensure continued emotional stability and safety.
Family Education & Support: Resources and guidance for families to better understand behavioral health conditions and how to support their loved ones at home.
